HEAT N SERVE Whole Roasted Turkey


Carne – Whole roasted turkey (cooked). Approximately 12-14 pounds with turkey gravy. Cranberry relish.
contorni – Mashed potatoes. Roasted sweet potatoes. Rustic bread stuffing.
Insalate – Spinach cranberry salad with maple dressing.
Contorni – Haricot verts- green beans with oven roasted red peppers.
Pane – Housemade french baugette bread.
Dolci – Pumpkin pie 9in and pecan pie 9in.
